TanzaniaSix year old Musa was born without a foot, caused by amniotic banding of his ankle in the womb, which meant his foot never grew properly. His parents found a solution through The Plaster House! Through orthopaedic surgery Musa’s remaining leg was re-shaped and then fit for a prosthetic. He is now learning to walk with two feet! As one of six children from a nomadic herding family, the prosthetic will allow Musa to walk to school and help his family with their livestock.
